Ingredients :

  •  60ml premium gin
  •  120ml premium tonic water
  •  1 slice of pink grapefruit
  •  1 slice of blood orange
  •  A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
  •  Ice cubes

Instructions :

  1. Fill a stemmed glass Cabernet ballon ice cubes to cool it.
  2. Pour 60ml of premium gin into the glass.
  3. Gently add the slices of pink grapefruit and blood orange to bring a touch of citrus and fresh aromas.
  4. Insert a few sprigs of fresh rosemary into the glass. Rosemary will add herbaceous and fragrant notes to the Gin Tonic.
  5. Slowly pour in 120ml of premium tonic water to complete the cocktail. Be sure to pour gently to preserve the effervescence of the tonic water.
  6. Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine the ingredients without losing the bubbles.
  7. Add a last ice cube if necessary to keep the cocktail chilled.
  8. Garnish your premium Gin Tonic with an extra sprig of rosemary and a slice of citrus for an elegant presentation.

Old Fashioned Revisited


Ingredients :

  •  60 ml of high quality bourbon
  •  1 teaspoon cane sugar syrup
  •  2 dashes of orange bitters
  •  2 dashes herbal bitters
  •  1 orange zest (for garnish)
  •  1 large ice cube or filtered water ice

Instructions :

  1. In a glass from our collection Open’Up Spirit, pour the cane sugar syrup.
  2. Add the 2 dashes of orange bitters and the 2 dashes of herbal bitters to the glass.
  3. Gently pour the bourbon over the ingredients in the glass.
  4. Fill the glass with a large ice cube or filtered water ice.
  5. Gently stir with a bar spoon for a few seconds to mix the ingredients well and cool the cocktail.
  6. Garnish the cocktail with an orange zest, squeezing it lightly to release its aromatic oils. Rub the zest on the rim of the glass to accentuate the aroma.
  7. Serve the “Old Fashioned Revisited” and sip it slowly to fully appreciate the rich and complex nuances of bourbon paired with citrus and spice notes.


Non-alcoholic cocktails


Watermelon mint mocktail

Ingredients :


  •  180ml fresh watermelon juice
  •  1 tbsp lime juice
  •  Fresh mint leaves
  •  1 tablespoon cane sugar syrup
  •  Ice cubes

Preparation :

  1. In a stemmed glass Nick & Nora, mix watermelon juice and lime juice.
  2. Add a few mint leaves and the cane sugar syrup.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir lightly.
  4. Garnish your mocktail with a mint leaf and enjoy this fruity and refreshing drink.


Summer sunrise:

Ingredients :

  •  120 ml of orange juice
  •  60 ml of pineapple jus
  •  60 ml grenadine syrup
  •  Ice cubes

Preparation :

  1. In a glass from the collection Spirits, pour the orange juice.
  2. Gently add the pineapple juice to form a top layer.
  3. Gently pour the grenadine syrup so that it settles at the bottom of the glass, creating a “sunrise” effect.
